Chase is seeking a seasoned product strategy leader to drive growth for the High Net Worth Card portfolio. You will own the end-to-end customer experience, from digital capabilities to servicing strategy, while leveraging industry insights and market research to shape the client experience roadmap.

The role requires strong cross-functional influence, excellent communication skills, and a client-obsessed mindset to deliver measurable value for HNW clients and the JPMorgan Reserve card program.

Formación

• 8+ years of experience in product strategy, consulting, or client experience in financial services.
• Strong ability to prioritize and manage multiple complex initiatives and deliverables.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with executive-level presentations.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as a leader and champion of product and client experience optimization for the HNW segment.
• Own end-to-end customer experience of the HNW Card client, including digital capabilities and servicing strategy.
• Support client experience strategy through industry awareness, competitive insights, and market research.
