SOLV Energy is seeking an SVP of High Voltage to lead the construction business unit with full P&L accountability, ensuring safe and efficient project delivery in utility-scale solar and BESS sectors.

This fully remote role involves managing high voltage projects, overseeing teams, and maintaining customer relationships while driving operational excellence. Applicants must have over 15 years of experience in high voltage construction and be prepared to foster a strong safety culture within the organization.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive experience in high voltage/substation/transmission construction.
• Demonstrated P&L or senior operational leadership over a construction business unit.
• Strong utility and AHJ relationship management experience.

Responsibilities

• Own the full P&L for the High Voltage business unit.
• Direct execution across a multi-project HV portfolio.
• Champion an industry-leading HV safety culture.
