Job summary

JPMorgan Chase is seeking an executive to lead the new High Net Worth Auto Concierge within Chase Auto Direct. You will design a premium, scalable service model and coordinate with underwriting, risk, operations, product, and client channels to improve conversion and funding quality.

The role requires senior leadership with deep lending knowledge and the ability to drive governance, dashboards, and performance metrics in a controlled environment.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in consumer lending, auto finance, underwriting, or premium servicing.
• Strong understanding of underwriting processes, risk controls, and documentation requirements.
• Proven ability to lead complex cross-functional initiatives from strategy through execution.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, launch, and scaling of the HNW Auto Concierge within Chase Auto Direct.
• Build a premium service model for high-value auto clients and manage end-to-end workflows.
• Establish operating model separating concierge execution from underwriting decisions.
• Partner with underwriting, risk, operations, legal, compliance, product, and client channels.
• Define eligibility tiers, referral channels, service standards, and performance metrics.
• Create scalable processes, dashboards, SLAs, and governance routines.
