Chase Auto, part of JPMorgan Chase, is seeking an Executive Director for the High Net Worth Concierge to lead a new premium, scalable auto financing concierge model. You will oversee design, deployment, and ongoing management across underwriting, risk, and client-service teams to drive growth, conversion, and superior client experience.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in consumer lending, auto finance, underwriting, or premium servicing.
• Strong ability to lead complex cross-functional initiatives from strategy through execution.
• Proven track record building high-touch service models and escalation teams.
• Executive presence with ability to influence senior stakeholders across multiple functions.
• Strong analytical orientation with dashboards, scorecards, and KPI reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, launch, and scaling of the HNW Auto Concierge within Chase Auto Direct.
• Define operating model separating concierge execution from underwriting decisions.
• Partner with underwriting, risk, operations, product, and compliance functions.
• Develop governance, SLAs, dashboards, and scalable processes.
• Drive funded-loan growth, higher conversion, and improved client experience.
• Develop executive reporting on performance trends and risks.
