Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 10+ years of credit risk management experience.
• Strong understanding of consumer lending P&Ls and loss drivers.
• Proven leadership of high-performing teams.
• Experience with Credit Risk Models including ML and logistic regression.
• Proven track record in product collaboration and stakeholder management.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with senior leaders and partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead Originations Loss Estimation and Direct-to-Consumer risk teams.
• Oversee loss estimation methodologies to support pricing and profitability.
• Drive redevelopment of loss estimation using analytics and ML models.
• Enhance credit risk criteria for Direct-to-Consumer channels like prequalification and refinance.
• Establish governance, monitoring, documentation, and control frameworks.
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Finance, Modeling, and Technology teams.
• Monitor portfolio performance and implement risk-adjusted improvements.
• Develop high-performing talent through coaching and leadership development.
