Qualifications

• Five+ years of progressive healthcare operations leadership, including multi-site management.
• Demonstrated success improving team performance, operational efficiency, and financial results.
• Strong relationship-building, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to travel regularly among Charlotte and Lake Norman area offices.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations, staffing, scheduling, and patient flow across multiple offices.
• Partner with physicians and practice leadership to navigate change, optimize performance, and execute strategic initiatives.
• Develop and manage teams while building a culture of accountability, engagement, and continuous improvement.
• Oversee operations; use key performance indicators to drive measurable results.
• Support practice growth, new office openings, provider onboarding, and process improvement.
