Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years in healthcare informatics or related field.
• At least 3 years in leadership or management.
• Experience with EHR systems and healthcare data analytics.
• Bachelor's degree required; master's preferred.
• Preferred certifications include CPHIMS, CHISP, PMP.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive enterprise informatics strategy.
• Lead data governance, reporting, and analytics programs.
• Oversee integration and interoperability across platforms.
• Drive AI adoption in healthcare and value-based care initiatives.
• Manage team, budgets, and vendor relationships.
• Partner with leaders to optimize workflows and systems.
