Job summary

UF Health Central Florida is seeking a Clinical Informatics professional to transform clinical data into improved patient care. The role analyzes data and integrates informatics tools into clinical workflows, develops and maintains information systems, and trains staff on EHRs.

You will ensure data accuracy, privacy compliance, and support research through effective data management. The position emphasizes onsite work in Leesburg, FL with a standard Mon–Fri schedule and full-time commitment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university is required.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum three years of experience in clinical informatics or healthcare.
• Knowledge of EHR and clinical data systems required.
• HIPAA and data privacy knowledge required.

Responsibilities

• Analyze clinical data and integrate informatics solutions into workflows.
• Develop and maintain clinical information systems for data accuracy.
• Train medical staff on EHRs and informatics tools.
• Monitor compliance with healthcare regulations and privacy standards.
• Evaluate new technologies and propose improvements to practice and workflows.
• Support clinical research through data management and reporting.
• Resolve technical issues in informatics systems promptly.
