Job summary

Arcadia is seeking a Director of Analytics to shape analytical strategy and deliver high-impact insights across complex engagements. You will lead SQL analysts and BI developers, driving rigorous methods and data-driven decisions at the enterprise level.

You will report to the VP of Analytics and own productionalized analytics engines and dashboards, guiding performance outcomes and measurable growth in a remote-friendly environment.

Qualifications

• 8–10+ years of healthcare analytics experience
• Experience in medical economics or risk and dashboarding
• Strong data storytelling and ability to influence senior stakeholders
• Proven experience leading large analytics initiatives and teams

Responsibilities

• Define and lead analytic strategy across large-scale engagements
• Architect analytic frameworks for medical economics, performance measurement, population health, and value-based care
• Serve as senior escalation point for methodological or data integrity questions (DBT, Spark, SQL)
• Drive cross-functional alignment with Product, Engineering, Actuarial, Data Science, Finance, and Customer Success
• Mentor Lead/Senior/Data Analysts and elevate analytic capability
• Influence product and roadmap decisions through data-driven leadership
