Job summary

Nutrafol is seeking a seasoned personal care formulation leader to own the technical strategy and execution for its growing topical portfolio. This player-coach role requires setting direction and leading in-house and external formulation efforts while staying hands-on with the science and bench work.

You will develop in-house formulation capability across leave-on and rinse-off products, guiding end-to-end formulation processes, timelines, and milestones in partnership with Product Development

Qualifications

• Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in cosmetic science, chemistry, chemical engineering, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead formulation strategy for scalp and hair products, including leave-on and rinse-off
• Own end-to-end formulation process with project plans, milestones, and timelines
• Manage external labs and CMOs; evaluate build-vs-partner decisions
• Collaborate with Regulatory and QA/RA to ensure MoCRA compliance and safety substantiation
