Nutrafol is seeking a senior brand leader to own the brand strategy and narrative for new innovations, strengthening the masterbrand. You will synthesize consumer insights into compelling POVs and guide launch planning across DTC, Amazon, and professional channels with cross-functional partners.

In this leadership role, you will keep cross-functional teams aligned to a single plan, surface risks early, and report updates to executives.

Responsibilities

• Own the brand strategy and narrative for new innovations, strengthening the masterbrand.
• Run consumer research and turn insights into brand POV.
• Bring consumer insight into the product pipeline, shaping claims, range, and pricing.
• Build the launch plan across DTC, Amazon, and Pro with cross-functional partners.
• Lead campaign and content direction with Creative.
• Keep cross-functional teams on one plan and deliver executive updates.
• Surface risks early and track post-launch performance.
