Job summary

Flyover Las Vegas is seeking an Operations Manager to lead Admissions, Retail, and Photo Sales, reporting to the General Manager. You will drive guest experiences, operational excellence, and team performance in a high-volume attraction.

You will manage staffing, inventory, merchandising, and budgeting, partner with leadership, and ensure safety, SOPs, and data-driven improvements to maximize revenue and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of leadership in attractions, hospitality, or retail.
• Experience leading multiple operational departments and frontline teams.
• Strong retail leadership with merchandising and inventory management experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Admissions, Retail, and Photo Sales operations.
• Develop staffing plans and schedules while managing labor costs.
• Lead operational strategy to align with guest experience standards.
