Job summary

Franchise World Headquarters, LLC in Shelton, CT (or Miami, FL) seeks a Director, Guest Engineering to lead Subway's full guest-facing digital stack across mobile, web, kiosk, and middleware/API platforms. You will drive end-to-end delivery with a pod-based organization of 20+ engineers and set architectural direction for front-end and back-end domains.

Qualifications

• Senior software leadership with 10+ years in full-stack delivery.
• 4+ years directing multi-team engineering organizations (20+ engineers).
• The candidate can define architecture across front-end and backend domains.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and organizational leadership across all guest surfaces and the API platform.
• Lead and develop Sr. Development Managers, Tech Leads, and Solutions Architects.
• Own production operations, incident response, and platform reliability across all surfaces.
