Job summary

Metropolis is seeking a Head of Growth, Retail to lead the growth and commercial strategy for our retail segment. This leader will shape the long‑term vision and roadmap for profitable growth, bringing together data‑driven insights, commercial strategy, and ecosystem partnerships while owning the retail segment growth number.

You will drive the commercial expansion of our retail exposure, scale offerings, lead B2B marketing, forge partnerships, and lead business development to achieve market

Qualifications

• Experience leading growth in a retail segment.
• Strong background in strategy, partnerships, and P&L management.
• Proven track record with national accounts and partnerships.
• Data-driven decision making and market analysis expertise.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy and execution to grow the retail vertical and location base with sales/ops teams.
• Open and win deals in key national accounts and co-sell with regional sellers.
• Establish vertical-standard commercial terms and robust deal structures.
• Scale the Recognition Platform within retail and drive product-market impact.
• Partner with product leaders to translate customer input into roadmap and value.
• Coordinate cross-functionally to develop vertical solutions and set accountability.
