Job summary

Fabula seeks a Head of Growth to own and drive a high-velocity growth engine for a fast-growing D2C coffee brand. You will lead paid media across Meta as the core channel, with Google/TikTok as complements, while crafting winning creative angles and a rigorous testing cadence.

You will own full-funnel performance—from ad creative to landing pages—using customer insights and AI tools to accelerate results. This is a highly autonomous, founder-facing role demanding immediate impact and scalable

Qualifications

• 4–6+ years building performance creatives for D2C/eCommerce brands or agencies.
• Proven Meta media buyer with at least $50k/month ad spend.
• Strong on both creative strategy and performance marketing.
• Deep direct-response advertising and customer psychology experience.
• Can read funnel data and immediately identify changes.
• Experience scaling DTC/eCommerce brands, not B2B or SaaS.
• Hands-on with creative: writing/editing hooks, scripts, copy, briefs.
• Operates with founders; executes, tests, learns, and scales.

Responsibilities

• Own and scale Meta as the primary acquisition channel, with Google/TikTok as secondary.
• Identify winning angles, hooks, messaging, formats, and concepts from data.
• Build a systematic testing pipeline for creatives and campaigns.
• Analyze the full funnel from ads to landing pages to optimize ROI.
• Mine reviews, surveys, and competitor ads for new angles.
• Lead production with UGC creators, editors, and designers.
• Make daily scaling decisions based on CPA, ROAS, CTR, CVR and margins.
• Turn proven strategies into significant spends with profitability.
• Improve funnels, landing pages, and VSLs for acquisition efficiency.
• Leverage AI to accelerate research, ideation, scripting, and analysis.
