Head of Growth & Marketing

Are you a bold marketing leader ready to build something extraordinary from the ground up? Our client—a high-velocity startup backed by top-tier investors—is pioneering a software-only platform that leverages AI and 3D digital twins to revolutionize wireless network planning and performance. With use cases across private 5G, Wi-Fi, and IoT ecosystems, this solution is redefining how complex networks are designed and managed.

As the Head of Growth & Marketing, you won’t inherit a roadmap—you’ll write it. This is your opportunity to define go-to-market strategy, build brand authority, and lead end-to-end execution in a fast-scaling environment. You’ll be a strategic partner to the CEO and an architect of how this company communicates with the market.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Own the Full Marketing Funnel: Define and lead marketing across demand generation, product marketing, content, brand positioning, digital strategy, and events.
  2. Craft the Narrative: Translate highly technical platform capabilities into compelling, differentiating messages for enterprise buyers.
  3. Execute and Iterate: Launch and scale multi-channel marketing programs that drive measurable pipeline and revenue growth.
  4. Collaborate at the C-Level: Partner with product, engineering, and sales to align market insights with product strategy and revenue goals.
  5. Build and Scale the Team: Recruit and lead a world-class team as the company grows from seed to Series B.
  6. Lead with Influence: Represent the company through thought leadership, strategic partnerships, and industry forums.

What You'll Bring

Must-Haves:

  1. 5+ years of marketing leadership in wireless technology or enterprise network software (e.g., experience at a supplier/vendor like Cisco, Aruba, or Nokia).
  2. Proven success owning marketing in a startup from seed or Series A through growth.
  3. Deep understanding of SaaS and GTM execution for highly technical B2B products.
  4. Demonstrated ability to build and execute end-to-end marketing strategies independently.
  5. Strong communication skills with the ability to inspire, influence, and drive alignment across technical and executive audiences.

Preferred:

  1. Experience in adjacent markets such as IoT, edge computing, or private 5G.
  2. Prior success scaling brand presence and demand generation under lean conditions.
  3. Recognized voice in the industry—public speaking, authored content, or panel participation.
