A venture-backed on-chain financial infrastructure company is seeking a dedicated Head of Growth to drive institutional adoption of its liquidity layer for the tokenized economy. In this role, you'll lead B2B sales efforts, establish customer profiles, negotiate commercial terms, and ensure successful product-market fit, all while working alongside senior leadership. A competitive compensation package of $200K - $225K and significant equity are offered, along with generous benefits and unlimited PTO.

Qualifications

• 7-12+ years in B2B growth/sales/BD for financial products or infrastructure.
• Experience closing multi-stakeholder deals involving legal/compliance.
• Built a Go-To-Market motion, preferably in early-stage companies.
