Job summary

OX Security is seeking a Head of Growth to own and scale our digital marketing across paid, organic, website, email, and ABM programs. You will manage budgets, drive demand generation end-to-end, and optimize the website as a growth engine to maximize pipeline and revenue in a fast-paced cybersecurity environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in digital marketing or growth marketing with leadership experience.
• Experience in B2B technology, cybersecurity, or SaaS is preferred.
• Proven ability to scale programs and generate measurable pipeline.
• Expertise across paid media, SEO, marketing automation, email, and web optimization.

Responsibilities

• Own and scale digital marketing strategy across paid media, SEO, website, email, and ABM.
• Build and manage marketing budget to maximize pipeline and ROI.
• Lead demand generation programs end-to-end from targeting to conversion.
• Own website and digital properties as a growth engine, optimizing performance.
• Define and report KPIs across traffic, engagement, MQLs, pipeline, and revenue.
• Manage marketing technology stack and ensure clean data.
• Collaborate with Brand and Content to translate messaging into campaigns.
• Stay ahead of digital trends and AI-powered marketing tools.
• Manage agencies, freelancers, and external partners.
