Evion is seeking a Head of Growth in the San Francisco Bay Area to lead customer acquisition, partnerships, and growth initiatives for our AI-powered conference operations platform. You will own the growth engine, build relationships with organizers, and turn new users into long-term customers.
You will drive demos, close deals, and shape our go-to-market strategy, with equity and commission aligned to your impact.
Cash + equity + performance-based commission
The global events industry is worth over $2 trillion, yet conference organizers still spend months managing fragmented tools, chasing sponsors, and struggling to grow their events.
At Evion, we're changing that.
Our end-to-end, AI-powered conference operations platform helps organizers find sponsors, speakers, and partners, automate event workflows, and grow revenue.
We've already powered 70+ events. Now we're looking for a Head of Growth to help turn that early traction into a scalable business.
You'll work directly with the founder to build Evion's customer acquisition engine, develop relationships with conference organizers, and turn new users into successful, long-term customers.
This is a hands-on role combining sales, growth marketing, partnerships, and customer success.
Experience in event technology, conference operations, sponsorships, or B2B SaaS is especially valuable.
We care about initiative, execution, and results more than impressive job titles.
You'll join at a pivotal stage: the product is live, real conferences are using it, and the opportunity is to build the growth engine that takes Evion to the next level.
You'll work directly with the founder, shape our go-to-market strategy, build valuable industry relationships, and have a direct impact on customer growth and revenue.
You'll have meaningful ownership over the direction and execution of Evion's growth strategy, with cash compensation, equity, and commission aligned with your contribution.
This is an opportunity to help build a company, not simply manage an existing marketing function.
