Job summary

Evion is building a global team of Conference & Events Experts to help organizers leverage AI-powered operations for events. You’ll identify opportunities, grow revenue, and deliver exceptional events, earning commissions as you help clients succeed.

You’ll develop relationships from first contact to successful event execution, manage a portfolio of conference clients, and collaborate with Evion’s founding team while gaining hands-on exposure to advanced event technology.

Responsibilities

• Discover conference organizers, associations, event producers to benefit from Evion; build relationships and onboarding.
• Lead product introductions and demonstrations to show revenue and ops benefits and convert prospects to customers.
• Develop deep knowledge of Evion capabilities and help clients maximize platform use for sponsors, speakers, registrations, vendors, and attendees.
• Provide guidance throughout clients' event planning journeys, resolving challenges with Evion support when needed.
• Build network and reputation by engaging with local events communities and industry leaders.

Responsibilities

As a Conference & Events Expert, you'll become a trusted partner to conference organizers, helping them discover new opportunities, grow their revenue, and deliver exceptional events using Evion.

From your first introduction to a client through their event's successful execution, you'll build meaningful relationships, develop your own portfolio of conference clients, and earn commissions as you help them succeed.

You'll work closely with Evion's founding team, gain firsthand experience with advanced event technology, and help shape how we serve conference organizers worldwide.

What You'll Do

Discover & Connect

Identify conference organizers, associations, event producers, and professional communities that could benefit from Evion. Build relationships, understand their challenges, and introduce them to our platform.

Demonstrate & Convert

Lead product introductions and demonstrations, show organizers how Evion can help them generate revenue and simplify operations, and guide qualified prospects toward becoming paying customers.

Become Their Evion Expert

Develop deep knowledge of Evion's capabilities and help your clients make the most of the platform, from discovering sponsors and speakers to managing registrations, vendors, volunteers, and attendee experiences.

Support Successful Conferences

Serve as a knowledgeable point of contact throughout your clients' event planning journeys, helping them adopt the right tools, resolve challenges, and access specialized support from our team when needed.

Build Your Network & Reputation

Represent Evion within your local events community, attend relevant industry gatherings when opportunities arise, and develop lasting relationships with organizers, partners, and industry leaders.

Qualifications

We're looking for ambitious, resourceful people who love bringing people together and understand the value of exceptional events. You might be an experienced event organizer, conference producer, sponsorship or partnerships professional, business development specialist, or someone with strong relationships in the events industry.

We're particularly interested in people who:

• Understand the needs, challenges, and commercial realities of conference organizers.
• Are confident building relationships, demonstrating products, and closing business.
• Have experience in events, partnerships, sales, customer success, or business development.
