Evion is seeking a Founding Full-Stack Engineer to join our early engineering team and own key features for our AI-powered conference operations platform. You will design, build, test, and ship full-stack components affecting both frontend and backend, collaborating directly with the founder and early users.

In this startup role you will shape engineering practices, database design, and performance, taking ownership from day one and delivering practical solutions that save time and grow revenue

Formación

• Strong experience building and maintaining modern, full-stack web applications.
• Proficiency in frontend development, backend systems, databases, and APIs.
• Experience shipping real products used by customers.
• Strong debugging, testing, and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable using modern AI-assisted development tools to build and iterate efficiently.
• Product-minded with an understanding of how engineering decisions impact user experience.
• Ability to work independently, take ownership, and collaborate within a small, early-stage startup team.
• Interest in AI-powered products and complex workflow challenges.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, and ship full-stack features across Evion's conference operations platform.
• Take responsibility for implementation, testing, deployment, and ongoing improvements.
• Develop intelligent workflows and AI-powered automation to help conference organizers save time and grow revenue.
• Work across frontend and backend systems to improve performance, reliability, and user experience.
• Collaborate directly with the founder and users to troubleshoot issues and build practical solutions.
• Contribute to technical decisions, database architecture, and engineering practices as the product scales.
