Job summary

Wright State University’s Raj Soin College of Business seeks a strategic leader to oversee its Graduate Programs and Executive DBA portfolio, develop partnerships with employers and industry, and guide workforce development initiatives. The Director will work with faculty, alumni, and partners to identify market opportunities and design innovative graduate programs.

This 100% FTE position emphasizes enrollment growth, program quality, and experiential learning through corporate collaborations,

Qualifications

• Master’s or higher in a related field with required experience.
• 3 years (with Master’s) or 5 years (with Bachelor’s) of progressively responsible experience in higher education, workforce development, or strategic partnerships.
• Demonstrated leadership and ability to build collaborative partnerships across multiple stakeholder groups.
• Experience supervising professional staff and coordinating cross‑functional teams.
• Excellent interpersonal communication and presentation skills, oral and written.
• Experience interpreting academic policy and university procedures.
• Proficiency in word processing and spreadsheet software.

Responsibilities

• Graduate Portfolio and Executive DBA Leadership: lead launch, growth, and improvement of the Executive DBA and other graduate programs.
• Graduate Program Innovation and Executive Education Development: create interdisciplinary programs, certificates, and executive education offerings.
• Strategic Partnerships, Workforce Development & Corporate Engagement: manage employer partnerships and workforce initiatives.
• Experiential Learning and Talent Pipeline Development: develop internships, projects, and mentoring opportunities.
• Alumni Engagement, Strategic Growth & Assessment: lead alumni programs and measure impact on stakeholders.
