You'll shape program strategy, launch new offerings, and cultivate industry collaborations to expand enrollment, drive workforce development, and strengthen lifelong learning opportunities. Collaboration with faculty, leadership, and partners is essential.

Formación

• Master’s degree in Business, Higher Education, Public Administration, Organizational Leadership, Workforce Development, Engineering Management, or related field.
• Five years in higher education, workforce development, or strategic partnerships.
• Demonstrated leadership and cross‑functional teamwork.

Responsabilidades

• Lead development and expansion of executive DBA, graduate programs, and certificates.
• Identify market opportunities and build strategic partnerships with industry and government.
• Oversee experiential learning, employer engagement, and alumni programs.
• Collaborate with faculty and leadership to ensure program quality and alignment with workforce needs.
• Supervise staff and coordinate cross‑functional teams.
