Job summary

BOSCH Building Technologies North America is seeking a Head of Governance for Quality and Project Management to establish and maintain governance, quality systems, and project management across the North American Building Technologies business. You will drive independent transparency that governance is effective, risks are mitigated, and quality issues are prevented and resolved.

You will report to the Senior VP of Operations and lead the BT-NA governance, PMO and quality modernization efforts,

Qualifications

• 12–15 years of leadership experience in quality, governance and project management.
• Experience with ISO 9001, audits and assurance processes.
• Strong governance, risk management and strategic planning skills.
• Fluent English written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Direct governance and PMO ownership for quality and project management across BT-NA.
• Oversee audits, corrective actions, and process compliance.
• Coordinate governance across stakeholders including Legal, HSE, Data Privacy and Product Security.
• Own voice of the customer governance and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Lead audits and assurance programs, internal and external.
• Develop and mentor the governance, quality and PMO organization.
