Job summary

Bosch Group in Dallas seeks a strategic VP - Quality, Americas to lead quality excellence across Residential & Light Commercial HVAC manufacturing and distribution in the Americas.

Reporting to the COO, this executive role develops and executes quality strategies to meet regulatory, customer, and company standards; drives continuous improvement, talent development, and cross-regional collaboration while embedding quality into product lifecycles from development to delivery.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive quality leadership experience within manufacturing environments.
• 7+ years of experience leading diverse teams across multiple locations, countries, and cultures.
• Strong knowledge of quality management systems, manufacturing processes, regulatory requirements, and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Experience establishing quality metrics, leading quality transformations, and driving measurable business improvements.
• Proven ability to influence senior leaders and build alignment across cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive quality strategy across the Americas.
• Provide leadership for quality initiatives across multiple manufacturing and distribution locations.
• Embed quality into operations by partnering with operations, supply chain, engineering, and commercial leaders.
• Lead quality systems design and continuous improvement across the region.
• Oversee customer and supplier quality programs and drive supplier quality improvements.
