Job summary

Bosch Building Technologies North America seeks a Senior Program Manager to lead complex security and cabling projects across North America. You will manage client relationships, align with enterprise goals, and drive program excellence while mentoring teams and improving processes.

This role requires 10+ years of PM experience and a strong track record in open-platform security solutions. You will collaborate with engineering, sales, PMO, and subcontractors to deliver results.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience as a Project or Program Manager in integrated security or related industry.
• Experience delivering projects utilizing open-platform security solutions with integrated access control, intrusion and video management systems.
• Experience in project planning, risk management, cost management and schedule management, and methods of analyzing and reporting project performance on KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the Business Manager for the assigned portfolio, overseeing program management activities and ensuring financial and operational performance.
• Act as the primary liaison between Bosch Building Technologies, ownership stakeholders, trades, and the installation team at both the program and project levels.
• Ensure adherence to Enterprise processes and standards, delivering consistent client experience.
• Provide direct project management support for select projects as directed by leadership.
• Participate in bid reviews, ensuring estimates are aligned with organization goals and client needs.
• Supervise, mentor, and provide training opportunities for project teams to build skills and improve performance.
• Drive continuous business development aligned with client goals.
