Job summary

Bosch is seeking a Technical Project Manager to lead customer programs involving embedded automotive and stationary control units. You will serve as the main interface between customers and Bosch engineering teams, directing efforts to achieve Quality, Cost, Delivery, Scope, and Customer Satisfaction.

The role demands strong technical knowledge, stakeholder management, and the ability to navigate ambiguity in fast-paced development environments, coordinating with teams across North America,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Mechanical/Computer Engineering or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• 8+ years in automotive, off-highway, industrial, or embedded systems development.
• 5+ years of technical project management experience leading global engineering projects.
• Proven experience managing complete product development life cycles from concept through SOP.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary interface for customer engineering teams.
• Lead global cross-functional project teams.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, resource plans, and risk strategies.
• Monitor performance against milestones and deliverables; establish recovery plans.
• Coordinate PPAP activities and production readiness.
• Foster collaboration across regions and time zones.
