Job summary

REVOLVE is seeking a Global Shipping & Compliance Lead in Los Angeles. You will own outbound shipping, export/import documentation, HTS classifications, and government-agency compliance, partnering with carriers and the Customs & Compliance team.

You will lead the sample operations function, coordinate inbound shipments, and mentor the Sample Coordinator while ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and audit-ready records in a fast-paced fashion-retail environment.

Qualifications

• 3–4+ years of experience in logistics, shipping, or import/export operations.
• Hands-on experience preparing export documentation (commercial invoices, packing lists, declared values).
• Knowledge of HTS classifications and country-of-origin for apparel and accessories.
• Experience coordinating with carriers (DHL, FedEx, UPS) and tracking shipments.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end outbound shipping of samples and products to global destinations.
• Prepare export documentation and determine HTS classifications and origin.
• Coordinate inbound shipments and work with Cerritos on clearance.
• Train and oversee the Sample Coordinator and support office operations.
