Job summary

AdventHealth seeks a dynamic Vice President Global Services to lead the enterprise-wide program strategy and execution. You will guide the Global Services Office, ensure alignment with senior leadership, and drive cross-functional collaboration across a large global health system.

Responsibilities include shaping expansion plans, managing budgets, and mentoring senior leaders while partnering with HR to design organizational capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree or MBA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own strategy, execution, and performance of the global program and leadership over the Global Services Office.
• Translate goals into operational plans and align with functional leaders.
• Direct leadership of the Global Services Office and governance structures.
• Adjudicate cross-functional risks, dependencies, and resource tradeoffs at enterprise level.
• Champion change and communications for enterprise-wide alignment and engagement.
• Mentor VP leads and build succession readiness across the leadership team.
