Faire is seeking a strategic security leader to build and own physical safety and security during a pivotal growth phase. You’ll define what great looks like, balance protection with practicality, and shape risk management for a scaled, public-company-ready business.

This role sits at the intersection of People, Legal, and Workplace Experience, transforming how Faire handles incident response, travel risk, executive protection, and emergency preparedness across global offices.

Formación

• 8–12 years of experience in corporate security or related field.
• Experience building or scaling a safety and security function.
• Deep expertise in physical security systems and emergency planning.
• Experience with travel risk programs and executive protection.
• Ability to write and operationalize policy with minimal friction.
• Judgment in sensitive situations; collaboration with HR, Legal, and Workplace.
• Thrives in fast-paced environments; values trust over overly restrictive options.
• Preferred: CPP or PSP certification.

Responsabilidades

• Define Faire's physical safety and security posture for workplaces, events, and facilities.
• Oversee security operations, guard services, and access control policies.
• Lead travel risk management and escalation protocols; support Duty of Care.
• Provide executive protection for senior leadership at events and travel.
• Establish safety standards; prepare for audits, insurance, and public-company expectations.
• Manage security vendors and external partners with clear accountability.
• Design programs and communications that build trust and reduce fear.
