• Bachelor's degree required; master's preferred.
• 15+ years in corporate security or related field.
• CPP certification preferred or to be obtained within 12 months.
• Experience with executive protection and risk management across a global enterprise.

Responsibilities

• Define and run a multi-year corporate security strategy and operating model.
• Establish and maintain physical security policies and site standards.
• Oversee travel risk policy, approvals, and traveler tracking.
• Own executive protection program for CEOs, executives, and board members.
• Lead protective intelligence and threat assessment activities.
• Manage security vendors, budgets, and cost-to-risk justification.
