Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive experience in corporate security, executive protection, or related risk management in a large global enterprise.
• 8+ years leading enterprise security programs with policy-setting authority.
• Executive protection leadership for C-suite and Board with advance work, secure transport, and residential security.

Responsibilities

• Define enterprise security strategy and operating model aligned to risk appetite and global footprint.
• Set and maintain physical security policies and site standards (Access control, video surveillance, visitor management).
• Oversee travel risk policy, risk ratings, and compliance with travel security standards.
• Own and lead the Executive Protection program for executives and Board members, including coverage levels and threat assessments.
• Manage protective services vendors, budgets, and cost-to-risk analyses.
• Run protective intelligence, threat assessments, and coordinate with law enforcement as needed.
• Define governance metrics (KPIs/KRIs) and report to leadership and the Board.
• Ensure duty-of-care compliance and coordinate with HR, Legal, and Information Security.
