Job summary

Fresenius Medical Care seeks a visionary Vice President, Corporate Security CoE to design and execute an enterprise security risk framework protecting people, assets, and reputation worldwide. You will lead programs in physical security, travel security, executive protection, crisis management, and business continuity, integrating data and emerging tech into a cohesive defense.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive corporate/government security experience with global leadership.
• Expertise across physical and travel security, executive protection, crisis management.
• Experience in healthcare/pharma or other regulated industries preferred.
• Proven ability to lead global teams and collaborate with executives and operations.
• Familiarity with global security standards and regulatory environments.
• Strong communication, influence and executive presence.
• Experience with third-party vendors, intelligence services and security partners.
• Comfortable with ambiguity and leading through complex situations.
• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree or CPP/PSP/CEM/MBCP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for corporate security across all geographies.
• Oversee physical security, travel security, and executive protection programs.
• Lead crisis management, business continuity, and incident response efforts.
• Partner with Legal, IT, Risk, and Compliance to align security strategy with regulation.
• Advance GSOC operations, threat intelligence, and security analytics.
• Foster an inclusive, high-performance security culture and external partnerships.
