Faire is seeking a strategic safety and security leader to build and scale a new global function. You will define the long-term vision for safety and security, balancing protection with a welcoming workplace as Faire grows into new geographies.

You will lead day-to-day operations and design scalable programs across our offices, with a focus on risk management, incident response, and governance. This foundational role shapes Faire’s security posture as a public-company-ready business.

Formación

• 8–12 years of experience in corporate security, physical security, or related field.
• Experience building or scaling a corporate safety and security function from the ground up.
• Deep expertise in physical security systems (access control, CCTV, alarm).
• Experience running travel risk programs and executive protection, including vendor/partner management.
• Ability to write and operationalize policy that is clear, proportional, and friction-free.
• Experience partnering with HR, Legal, and Workplace on complex cases.
• Experience in fast-paced environments where autonomy, judgment, and clarity matter.
• Preferred: CPP or PSP certification.

Responsabilidades

• Define Faire's physical safety and security posture for workplaces, events, and facilities.
• Oversee security ops programs and incident response; manage access control policies.
• Develop travel risk management and executive protection programs.
• Lead safety standards and readiness for audits, insurance, and public-company expectations.
• Manage vendor relationships and set service standards with procurement.
• Design safety communications that build trust and transparency.
