Responsibilities

• Lead global executive search strategy for Senior Director, VP, and SVP+ hiring.
• Own end-to-end delivery of executive searches with confidential, strategic focus.
• Build and lead a lean, high-performing Executive Search team.
• Design and implement the executive hiring playbook and governance.
• Advise C-suite executives with thoughtful consultation and market expertise.
• Develop long-term leadership pipelines and market maps.
• Deliver market intelligence to inform hiring, design, and workforce planning.
• Define and execute external partner strategy and optimize spend.
• Establish metrics to measure hiring quality, speed, and diversity.
