AXIS Capital is seeking a Senior Director of Executive Recruitment, Talent Intelligence & Advisory to lead global executive searches and provide strategic leadership across the enterprise. You will partner with the CEO, EXCO, and senior HR leaders to attract top talent, map markets, assess leadership, and advise on succession planning.

You will manage external firms and build pipelines for critical leadership roles, while shaping hire strategies that align with AXIS's business goals and culture.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and professional experience.
• Minimum of 10+ years of progressive experience in executive search and talent acquisition.
• Minimum of 7 years leading executive searches with strategy and assessment responsibility.
• Experience partnering with C-suite executives and senior leaders.
• Experience in market mapping, talent intelligence, and succession research.
• Experience developing executive assessments, reports, and presentations.
• Experience identifying passive executive talent and managing external firms.
• Ability to travel globally.

Aufgaben

• Lead end-to-end executive and senior leadership searches globally.
• Define leadership requirements with CEO/EXCO and leaders to shape search strategy.
• Design market maps, target company identification, and candidate engagement.
• Develop candidate slates supported by intelligence and assessments.
• Facilitate interview processes, calibrations, and finalist evaluations.
• Collaborate on offer development, negotiations, and closing strategies.
• Deliver an external market perspective to inform leadership decisions.
• Maintain talent maps and external succession pipelines.
