You will build strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates, drive multi-channel sourcing, conduct competency-based interviews, and contribute to process improvements that expand business opportunities

Qualifications

• 8+ years in recruiting and business development in a client-facing role.
• Proven track record of cultivating leads and growing prospects through relationships.
• Comfort with new technology and AI tools to improve efficiency while preserving judgment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary strategic partner to clients during executive searches.
• Manage a full book of concurrent searches and oversee recruitment end-to-end.
• Communicate opportunities and value propositions to candidates with unbiased interviewing.
