Job summary

Stripe seeks a leader to define and scale its executive advisory forums, owning the global Customer Advisory Board and shaping regional and segment councils. You will incubate new programs as Stripe priorities evolve, ensuring executive experiences are delivered with high impact and alignment to product strategies.

Responsibilities

• Define Stripe’s global executive advisory strategy, including the purpose, audience, operating model, and relationship between global, regional, segment, and emerging programs
• Own and evolve Stripe’s global Customer Advisory Board, including member strategy and recruitment, executive engagement, agenda development, meeting delivery, and year-round programming
• Create a repeatable playbook that enables regional and segment teams to build effective advisory councils while maintaining a consistent quality bar and connection to Stripe’s broader program
• Identify, launch, and incubate new executive advisory programs that address emerging customer needs and Stripe priorities
• Partner with Product and Product Marketing leaders to select strategic topics, translate customer priorities into productive discussions,
