Job summary

Stripe in New York seeks a Head of Executive Advisory Programs to define and scale Stripe’s executive advisory forums, owning the global Customer Advisory Board and building regional and segment councils aligned with product and go-to-market priorities.

You will recruit influential members, shape agendas with internal partners, deliver high-touch experiences, and translate feedback into actionable insights for Product, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience building and leading executive advisory boards, councils, or comparable programs for a global business.
• Demonstrated ability to build trusted relationships with C-suite and senior executives.
• Experience leading cross-functional programs and defining responsibilities across teams.
• Ability to understand technical products and connect feedback with product and business priorities.
• Experience designing and delivering high-touch executive events.

Responsibilities

• Define Stripe’s global executive advisory strategy and governance across global, regional, segment, and emerging programs.
• Own and evolve Stripe’s global Customer Advisory Board, including recruitment and executive engagement.
• Create a repeatable playbook for regional/segment advisory councils with consistent quality and impact.
• Identify, launch, and incubate new executive advisory programs to address evolving needs.
• Partner with Product and Product Marketing to translate priorities into productive discussions and actions.
• Lead cross-functional planning across Product, Product Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to ensure alignment.
• Define and measure program impact including engagement, feedback activation, and strategic influence.
