Job summary

Stripe seeks an Executive Experiences Program Manager to drive end-to-end operational excellence for flagship leadership programs, including global events and executive briefings. You will manage cross-functional teams, budgets, and vendor partnerships to deliver high-touch experiences for Stripe’s leadership audiences.

The role blends product marketing, executive engagement, strategic hospitality, and B2B pipeline development, requiring hands-on execution and strategic planning at scale.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of project management experience, ideally in marketing or events.
• Strong experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives.
• Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders at the executive and working team level and competing priorities.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and follow-through skills.
• Experience managing budgets, creating playbooks, and operational documentation for scaled program maturity.

Responsibilities

• Lead global end-to-end operational program management for flagship executive experiences across cross-functional internal teams and external partners.
• Build, maintain, and evolve repeatable playbooks, best practices documentation, and toolkits to scale our executive event execution engine efficiently.
• Coordinate and manage global budget planning and tracking in close partnership with accountable leads to ensure spend remains on-track.
• Own executive-ready program communications, operationalizing reporting across functions into unified, digestible status updates and leadership dashboards.
• Drive ongoing operational improvements via process innovation, automation, and the adoption of AI-powered tools to increase productivity and transform team workflows.
