Job summary

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience building and leading executive advisory boards and global programs.
• Ability to build trusted relationships with C-suite and senior executives.
• Experience leading complex cross-functional programs with clear responsibilities.
• Ability to translate customer feedback into product and business priorities.
• Experience designing and delivering high-touch executive events.

Responsibilities

• Define Stripe’s global executive advisory strategy, audience, operating model, and relationships between programs.
• Own and evolve Stripe’s global Customer Advisory Board, including recruitment, engagement, agenda development, and year-round programming.
• Create a repeatable playbook for regional and segment councils with consistent quality and connection to Stripe.
• Identify, launch, and incubate new executive advisory programs addressing emerging needs.
• Partner with Product and Product Marketing to select topics and translate priorities into actionable insights.
• Lead cross-functional planning across Product, Product Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and external agencies.
• Define and measure program impact, including member engagement and evidence that insights inform decisions.
