• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills with a track record of scalable event programs.

Responsibilities

• Shape the events strategy to advance brand and business goals across markets.
• Lead the full event lifecycle from concept and promotion to on-the-ground execution.
• Enable Partnerships to provide strategic guidance and support for market-specific events.
• Scale sponsored events by building revenue models and presence at industry events.
• Own the global events budget with clear goals, ROI measurement, and impact reporting.
• Coach and develop event producers, domestically and internationally.
• Design events that scale across territories while preserving authenticity.
• Collaborate with internal teams, agencies, and vendors to deliver high-impact experiences within budget.
