Job summary

Montera is seeking a Senior Vice President of Data Center Operations to build and lead its global operations platform as it scales a next-generation hyperscale data center portfolio. This executive reports to the COO and will shape strategy, standards, and teams for top-tier reliability, safety, efficiency, and customer experience.

The ideal candidate brings deep experience in hyperscale or mission-critical infrastructure, with a track record in operations readiness, construction-to-operations,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, Construction Management, or a related technical field.
• 20+ years of experience leading mission-critical infrastructure and data center operations.
• 10+ years of executive leadership experience managing multi-site operations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute Montera's long-term operations strategy for a rapidly expanding hyperscale data center portfolio.
• Build and lead a high-performing operations organization for facilities, engineering, maintenance, reliability, and readiness.
• Establish standards, governance, policies, and best practices across all sites.
