Job summary

Cribl, a remote‑first B2B SAAS data observability company, is seeking a Head of Corporate Events to lead a four‑to‑five person team and own CriblCon, Company Kickoff, and President’s Club. You’ll manage a multi‑million dollar events budget and coordinate with executives to ensure strategic, high‑impact moments across a 12–14 show calendar.

You’ll partner with Marketing, Sales, and Product teams to reflect Cribl’s brand in every event, while driving pipeline influence and exceptional attendee

Qualifications

• 8–10+ years of corporate events or event marketing experience.
• 3+ years of direct people management.
• Experience owning multi‑million dollar budgets and forecasting.
• Proven ability to work with senior executives under high visibility.
• Willingness to travel to Cribl’s global events (~40% travel).

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of 4–5 corporate events professionals.
• Own end-to-end planning of CriblCon, annual Company Kickoff, and annual President’s Club.
• Set strategy and manage execution across Cribl’s global tradeshow calendar (12–14 shows/year).
• Own and manage a multi‑million dollar events budget in partnership with Finance.
• Partner directly with executive leadership to plan and stage high‑visibility moments.
• Build cross‑functional partnerships across Marketing, Sales, and Executive stakeholders.
• Establish and evolve event strategy, processes, and playbooks that scale as Cribl grows.
• Manage vendor and agency relationships and negotiate contracts to maximize budget efficiency.
• Define and report on event success metrics: attendance, pipeline/revenue influence, and engagement.
• Represent the events function in cross‑functional marketing leadership discussions.
