Fanatics is seeking a Head of Gift Card Program Management & Marketing to lead a cross-functional team, drive omnichannel marketing, and manage distribution and partnerships. This role focuses on domestic and international program operations, performance marketing, and strategic growth, reporting to senior leadership.

The successful candidate will own the program's day-to-day execution, build a high-performance team of two full-time employees and two contractors, and operate from the NYC office

Qualifications

• 8–12 years of progressive experience in gift card programs, including operations, data, and reporting.
• 3+ years in a leadership capacity overseeing teams.

Responsabilités

• Oversee end-to-end program operations and cross-functional workflows.
• Lead internal account management across B2B, B2M, and events.
• Manage domestic and international program operations and partnerships.
• Drive omnichannel marketing strategy and budget across channels.
• Develop and mentor a growing team of employees and contractors.
