KingsIsle Entertainment Inc. seeks a Vice President of Development to lead the Development organization across the studio's game portfolio.

You will oversee Game Development and Product, portfolio planning, staffing, and development operations, ensuring strong alignment with Marketing, Tech, and QA. You will partner with the COO and executive leadership on strategy, prioritize initiatives, and drive organizational growth.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Development organization across the studio's game portfolio.
• Set development priorities, responsibilities, and decision-making structures with accountability for timeliness and excellence.
• Coordinate cross-functional priorities with Marketing, Tech, and QA to ensure alignment with product strategy.
• Provide leadership on Development and Product organization planning and execution.
