You will oversee Revenue Operations, Games Operations & Studio, and the cross-functional execution that connects strategy, content, commercialization, and player experience across brands and jurisdictions. You will build and develop a high-performing leadership team, drive sustainable revenue growth, and ensure compliance in a complex, regulated environment

Qualifications

• 15+ years leading operations, revenue, or P&L functions within iGaming or complex consumer businesses.
• Proven track record of guiding large, multidisciplinary organizations toward revenue growth and performance.
• Deep understanding of iGaming economics, including content strategy, merchandising, and player lifecycle.
• Experience integrating commercial, content, and operations into a unified operating model.
• Strong analytical and strategic judgment with data-driven decision making.
• Exceptional executive presence and ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders.
• Experience operating in regulated, fast-moving environments while balancing innovation and compliance.
• Builder's mindset with a passion for developing leaders and scalable operating models.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary strategic partner to the EVP & GM, iGaming, shaping operating priorities and influencing executive decisions.
• Own the operating performance of the iGaming business, translating priorities into actionable plans and measurable outcomes.
• Lead cross-functional execution across iGaming Operations, Marketing, Product & Technology, Analytics, VIP, Legal, and Compliance.
• Provide executive leadership with data-driven insights on performance, risks, and growth opportunities.
• Ensure readiness to scale across new markets and evolving regulatory environments while maintaining compliance.
• Build, lead, and develop a high-performing leadership team with accountability and strategic thinking.
• Oversee Revenue Operations to maximize player value and profitability and embed analytics into decision-making.
• Lead Games Operations & Studio, align content and strategy with commercial priorities and player lifecycle objectives.
