Job summary

2K Games seeks a Director, Program Management – Business Operations to own the day‑to‑day planning and operating rhythm for the Business Unit. This role runs the operating engine that keeps Studio, Publishing, and central 2K functions aligned through recurring planning cycles and leadership cadences.

You will manage a team of operations professionals, establish governance, capture decisions, and partner with senior leaders to translate long‑term strategy into practical day‑to‑day execution

Qualifications

• 7–10+ years in business operations or program management.
• Experience owning executive governance and planning cadences end to end.
• Proven ability to lead ambiguous problems to structured outcomes.
• Experience partnering with centralized service orgs and BU teams in a global environment.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Demonstrated systems-thinking and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the day-to-day planning and operating rhythm for the Business Unit.
• Run leadership forums end to end with agendas and materials.
• Capture decisions and actions, assign owners, track to closure.
• Manage Business Operations team and coach managers.
• Intake, scope, and prioritize special cross-functional projects.
• Lead time-bound initiatives across Studio, Publishing, and centralized functions.
• Act as trusted advisor to BU leadership and surface risks early.
• Coordinate with external partners and vendors when needed.
• Build planning tools, trackers, and real-time reporting cadences.
• Translate long-term strategy into day-to-day planning with leadership.
• Drive continuous improvement and codify best practices.
