Job summary

Helion seeks a senior leader to direct the operation of fusion power generators in Everett, WA, and to advance our first-of-a-kind commercial fusion program. You will build and guide cross-disciplinary teams across operations, engineering, and research to push rapid, data-driven experimentation and reliable, scalable performance.

This onsite role demands strategic vision, hands-on experience commissioning large machines, and a proven ability to deliver complex programs on schedule and budget.
