Helion Energy in Everett, WA is seeking a Senior Manufacturing Engineer to lead the build, assembly, and deployment of generator subsystems for first-of-a-kind fusion hardware. You will own manufacturability from design through final assembly and work with design, production, and testing teams onsite.

The role requires a Bachelor's in engineering, 5+ years in manufacturing or hardware integration, hands-on cross-discipline skills, CAD proficiency (NX/SolidWorks), and strong communication to

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of professional experience in manufacturing, assembly, or integration of multidisciplinary hardware.
• Hands-on experience across mechanical, electrical, and fluids domains.
• Experience using CAD software to create models and drawings (NX, SolidWorks).
• Demonstrated end-to-end ownership of a build.
• Effective technical communication across functions.

• Own the build and assembly definition and execution for generator subsystems.
• Author work instructions for technician teams.
• Design and manufacture tooling to enable efficient assembly and installation.
• Collaborate with production, integration, and engineering teams to develop prototypes and manufacturing demonstrators.
